The Twins have won the Central Division three times in the last half of a decade.
In each of those seasons there was a theme that the Twins seemed to follow with their first game of the season.
The Twins last three Opening Days from their division title seasons:
2010 Twins- Loss @ Angels 6-3
2009 Twins- Loss vs. Seattle 6-1
2006 Twins- Loss @ Toronto 6-3
A loss on Opening Day in each of those seasons was only one loss in a long 162-game season. As Twins fans let's not jump off the cliff.
The Twins are back on the field today. Here's hoping for a W in the win column at the end of the day.
